Testing work 🔎
We perform tests on new LINE services and features before they're released on smartphones or PCs to check if there are any bugs.
Of course we test the features, but we also imagine how and in what scenario they would be used in and check for things like how they feel to use, and if they are readable. Our mission is to test procedures and user actions that developers probably haven't anticipated, and find all of the bugs and issues with an app before it's released.
Testing members may be assigned to a variety of services, including the LINE app, LINE Official Account, or LINE LIVE, depending on which team they're affiliated with.

Rewarding aspects of the job🔥

Working Style - Corporate Review positions

If you think of the LINE Official Account service from when it was previously called LINE@, it has a long history. That's why many shops and companies use the service, and it's rewarding to see an account you reviewed being promoted when you're out and about.
Through our reviews, we protect official account end-users from suspicious businesses, and by providing a convenient experience, we raise the value of the LINE Official Account service. It's important work that ultimately builds credibility for LINE as a whole.
